With its 400 km of hiking trails, the Karwendel Silver Region has something for everyone. From fantastic panoramic hikes to family-friendly hikes, which can also be done with a baby carriage, the TOP hiking region in Austria has everything to offer. Nature shows a different side at every time of year. In spring, whole carpets of gentian color the meadows in the Karwendel blue. In summer, you will find the alpine rose blossom here. Many mountain slopes seem to be painted red. And in autumn, the leaf coloration of the many sycamores and beech trees is enchanting, and the golden-yellow coloring of the larch forests also catches the eye.
