The temperature in the finnish sauna is approximately between 80 and 90°C. After the sauna session, you should cool down with a cold shower or the fresh alpine air, because the hot-cold alternation mobilizes the body’s own defences. Your children are also welcome to accompany you.

The BIO-Sole-Panorama-Sauna is heated to only 50-60° C. Humidity 40-50 %. It is considered to be gentler on the circulation. The length of stay is longer than in common saunas.
